Character Name & Pronouns: Alesha Jeffords, alias Alesha Herezhade, She/her
Character Age: 51, though thanks to Isekai Nonsense she appears to be in her mid-20's.
Canon: The Wonders of Mundus - a novel series I wrote, but with enough information to be an appable canon in it's own right.
Canon Point: Right up to the publically available Chapter 6 of Book 3: Blood And Breath for Gold and Grain.

History:
The Alesha Jeffords of 2047 Earth was a social worker from out of the Oakland, California offices of the Social Security Administration; a divorcee from her wife Latisha of 10 years, still looking after their adopted children Keenan (12) and Jasmine (16) as often as she'll let her, who liked to take a load off after her frequently depressing work to become Alesha Herezhade, Oathsworn knight in shining armor rescuing damsels deeply distressed in hit VRMMO with free content up to level 80 and the award winning King Under The Mountain expac The Wonders of Mundus: Mundane Phantasy Historia, set in the age of sail fantasy world of Mundus.

And then one night in October the Awakening happened and everything went to hell.

Now trapped in the game along with the literal legions of players from the US/West Chimera server, slowly gaining her old abilities back from being nerfed to 1st level and shunted to the Shores of Awakening starter area, she fights at the behest of and alongside the now sapient Mundanes to protect them and her friends in Free Company Dungeon Crawling And Chill from the Griefers, a sinister group of Gamergate-ass losers who may have engineered the Awakening and are now trying to take advantage of the situation to colonize and plunder Mundus.

Her quest: to find her daughter Jasmine, who was playing the psychic oracle Peachy Effervescent alongside Alesha, and find a way for both of them - and anyone else who wants - to go home. But maybe she can find time to fall in love with the heart of their party to her leadership, the vivacious newly hatched transfemme healer and martial artist Deedee Yeowoo, along the way.

Personality:
Alesha Herezhade's power fantasies were always of being able to help people, without the complications of politics, economics, or prejudices getting in the way, and she is so goddamn frustrated with the situation on Mundus. It's putting those complications back in her dragonslaying, princess rescuing, and flirting with maidens fair or otherwise (she'll cheerfully admit she's neither a la Nichelle Nichols as Uhura Nyota). By comparison, Rosavelle and serving Their Most Exquisitely Blossoming Royal Highness Calanthe de Amoré will be a breath of fresh air and a welcome respite - and hey, she'll be back before she left, so she's not even abandoning her friends, though she will miss them while she's gone, especially Deedee Yeowoo and very unfortunate streamer Ace Striker.

She presents as a stoic, no-nonsense fearless leader, gladly heading to the front line with shield out to protect squishy mage Hikaru Aozora and the archer backline of Sekhmet Clanclan and Siobhan Greenwood, but even in shining armor the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune leave bruises. She needs a place to unwind, relax, and talk about how much of a shitshow her time of Mundus and her baby (of 16 years) getting trapped without her has been tearing her up inside.

Secretly, she's got a femme streak a mile wide, and has been waiting for the chance to show up to a Yberian ballroom dressed in the height of feminine elegance; as much as she's been sweeping maidens off their feet, she'd love to be the one swept up, to be praised and pampered and told she's as beautiful and as graceful as any damsel she's rescued from cackling barons and angry dragons. She's a paladin on the streets, but longs to be a princess between the sheets, or even just in the courtyard.

She was raised Baptist, of the 'good works' and 'Jesus was a socialist' sort, and her paladin powers technically coming from the pagan sun goddess Aurora, Mother of the Dawn is increasingly causing her distress. So far she's managed to deal with it with a massive amount of cognitive dissonance, but at some point if she doesn't actually examine the Auroran doctrine the Mundanes expect her to champion (or talk to the sapient artificial intelligence Aurora.tcai, who manages Mundus' orbital mechanics and would be happy to explain she is, herself, a Christian trying to promote love and kindness on Mundus), it's going to cause her a major crisis of faith.

Abilities:
As a 5th level Valor character lol lmao the very thought of posting her entire canonical and digetic character sheet. You don't have time for that crap.

Anyway, she's an MMORPG Oathsworn Knight, a Paladin of Aurora the Mother of Dawn who can do Paladin of the Sun Goddess things, like shoot lasers made out of sunlight, heal allies with a touch or less effectively at a stone's throw, fight on the front lines in full heavy infantry plate (with solar cross emblems all over the place) and with a longsword and tower shield, ride horses, lead her party into battle, size up people for martial and magical ability, and generally take a beating intended for her squishier allies and come out swinging. When pressed beyond her limits you might say when her limit breaks, she can call on the Mantle of the Dawn for a second wind and to fight even more ferociously in a daring, lunging style with surprising reach, driving foes away in her radiant fury, but doing this will probably leave her unable to stand half an hour after the day is won.

She also retains all of her considerable social skills and understanding of the levers of government aid she learned from being a social worker on Earth. She's good with kids, has a great sense of humor, can cook, and has both great fashion sense and a love of fantasy, sci-fi and children's shows that don't insult her teenage kids' intelligence.

Callie might also be relieved to learn that she is, technically, a questing knight with the formal title of The Lady Herezhade and so won't even need to fake that for a cover story.

Bloom Bond Flower:
GERANIUM - She willingly chose to become a tank. It's in her nickname (Leesh - hey stop throwing things at me!). She is all about protection and comfort to the vulnerable. She is also about melancholy moods and and doubt.

HYDRANGEA - She is patient, loyal to a fault, and is deeply fortunate as someone with a home to go back to with a family that loves her and cash to burn. But she is also prideful, and can be ice cold in the execution of her duty, though she hopes it doesn't have to involve actual executions.

LILY - It's the best fit otherwise, given her modesty, prosperity, and her healing spells literally conjuring the warmth of the sun... but I already have a yurizoku character, so pick this as a last resort.
